Installment #19 - Recipes and "Answer" sites

Hi - I've got results for my 'recipes' search and for a search for sites that offer answers to your questions on various topics. I checked 10 'recipes' sites, found 3 bad ones, and 12 'answers' sites, for which there were 4 bad ones - here are those results:

Note that I haven't actually spent a lot of time on any one site yet, but I plan to and will update this as to their usefulness, ease of navigation, and design as soon as I can.
